I presented the vocabulary words and definitions for unit 6. Students in 2nd and 4th periods are required to copy these down and turn them in before the test. After vocabulary, we worked together to complete some activities in the composition packet, reviewing the process of revising writing. Students then worked independently to rewrite paragraphs for unity and coherence. During the second half of class, epic teams continued working. Today's goal was to finish the literary analysis portion of the project and begin planning presentations. Teams will have a portion of class Tuesday and begin presenting on Wednesday after the test. We will begin with Book 1. The test will likely be the following Monday once I have had the opportunity to review each team's test questions.
