How does pride lead to the tragic downfall of characters in this play? What modern day connections can we make to specific people or events?

    The Assignment

Choose five topics. Compose a well-developed response in which you use your best writing (spelling and grammar) and make specific references to the play and characters. Then respond to ten different students' posts in a thoughtful manner with specific discussion points.

    The Rules
    1. Only use your first name and last initial (if you share a name with someone else in class).
    2. Only write things that you are comfortable with the entire world reading (do not share any personal information or stories).
    3. Think before you post. Everything should be relevant to the play and the question.
    4. Make sure all comments are helpful, constructive, and meaningful, not hurtful.
    5. Consider this as published writing and be sure to include your best effort. Proofread!

Absolutely no derogatory or inappropriate remarks will be tolerated. If you have to ask, then you should rethink.
